St Joseph’s College Celebrates 77th Indian Republic Day with Pride and Patriotism

St Joseph’s College, Hassan, celebrated the 77th Indian Republic Day with great enthusiasm, recognizing and appreciating the Indian Constitution and its adoption as the foundation of the Republic on 26th January 1950.

Ms. Baby, a dedicated member of the college’s support staff, graced the occasion as the chief guest and hoisted the national flag. The celebration witnessed inspiring addresses from Fr. Olvin Veigas, SJ, Fr. Rayan Pereira, SJ, Mr. Pradeep Kumar, Mr. Range Gowda, and Mr. Anil M.S., who emphasized the significance of Republic Day and urged everyone to uphold the Constitution’s values and the integrity of our nation.

Adding a touch of harmony to the event, Ms. Laya Divakar rendered a soulful song celebrating India’s rich heritage and cultural diversity. Staff and students came together in unity and patriotic spirit, making the day a memorable one.
