BCA Students Gain Hands-On Cybersecurity Experience at the Industrial visit to Mysore

The students of St Joseph’s College, Hassan, pursuing BCA II and BCA III, went on an industrial visit to Mysore on 17th October. The visit offered an enriching learning experience at the MYRA School of Business, where students attended insightful sessions on Cybersecurity.

During the sessions, the students gained hands-on experience working with GRS and related software tools, enhancing their practical understanding of cybersecurity concepts. The interactive learning environment allowed them to explore real-world applications of data protection and network security.

The visit was organized under the guidance of the faculty members Ms. Meghana SA., HOD BCA, Mr. Harshith VH, Mr Kiran T, Mr Keerthi NR and Ms. Lakshmi Shree, who accompanied and mentored the students throughout the day.

Such industrial visits play a crucial role in bridging academic learning with industry practices, empowering students to stay updated with the latest technological trends.
