Leadership Training Programme Empowers Student Leaders at St. Joseph’s College

St. Joseph’s College, Hassan, organised a meaningful Leadership Training Programme for the Student Council and Extended Student Council members. Fr. Joyson Vas SJ, conducted a series of engaging and insightful sessions aimed at nurturing effective and responsible student leadership.

Through the session “Unveiling Self,” students were encouraged to discover their personalities, strengths, weaknesses, values and potential. His session on “Character Formation” emphasised the importance of integrity, discipline, responsibility, empathy and accountability in leadership. The training inspired students to recognise that authentic leadership begins with self-awareness, strong character, teamwork and purposeful action. The event took place on 04 September 2026 in the college campus.
