Orientation Day for the new Batch

The Orientation Programme is an opportunity to introduce the new students to life at the Institute and facilitate a smooth transition to new life. Focus on modern education helps the holistic development of the students. With this thought in mind ,OrientationProgramme organised on 27-10- 2021,Wednesday at 10.00 Am.

It was an open invite to all the first year BCOM and BBA students of St Joseph College Hassan. The programme started with evoking the blessing of the Lord Almighty with a prayer Service.Mr RowinMartis from the department of commerce welcomed the gathering.Mr Dinesh M Gaonkar gave the brief introduction about the college.

Rev Fr Daniel Fernandes SJ Principal introduced the Chief guestand addressed the students. It was followed by the Presidential address Dr Joseph Dsouza SJ Secretary and treasurer Hassan Jesuits Education society. He is a renowned personality with lots of experience in his field. He shared his perspective about the college to the students.

Around 150studentswere present and benefited through this programme. Students got to know more about the Jesuit Education and vision and mission of the college. The vote of thanks delivered by Ms PrathimaPrabhuDepartment of Commerce and Ms PrinciaFernandesdepartment of commerce was the MC of the day.
